An Intensive is the bootcamp version of 1:1. It’s a focused, one-off session (or bundle) where we go deep into a specific area and build a clear plan you can implement right away.

The Intensive is for creators, founders, service providers, and brands who want clarity, structure, and guidance in their content and social media strategy in a high-impact way. It’s for people who want quick wins, filled-in blind spots, and a plan they can take action on immediately—without the longer commitment of coaching or VIP Week.

• One-off Intensive: Yes. You’ll complete the core training (video + worksheet) before our call so we can hit the ground running. The training walks you through the YOU-CODED method and gives you space to reflect. I’ll warn you—I ask the deep questions, and most clients say, “wow, I’ve never thought about content like that before.” The best results come when you’ve already done the reflection work and come into the call with your questions ready. From there, we’ll dig into gaps, map out execution, and create clarity.

• Bundles or Upgraded Packages: No pre-training required. You’ll complete a short questionnaire so I have context about you, your brand, and your socials. Then we’ll go through the YOU-CODED method together during the calls, with action steps after each session.

The call itself is 30 minutes, but you’ll be pre-prepped with instant access to the YOU-CODED video training and worksheet. That way, you already have clarity on the big-picture framework and intentional questions before the call—so during our 30 minutes together we can dive deep into the details, execution, and next steps.

It depends on the package:

• One-off Intensive: Call only—no support after.

• Intensive Bundle: Calls only—no additional support.

• Intensive Bundle Upgrade: 3 months total: 2 x 60-minute Intensives + 4 x 30-minute calls. After each 30-minute call, you’ll get 6 days of online support.
